Hi, I'm Hillary (she/her)

I don't take for granted what a privilege it is to be trusted with the stories, vulnerabilities, and wounds that you bring into this space.

I am originally from the midwest, but once I moved to Oregon after college, I couldn't leave this beautiful place. I am a mother, an artist, a musician and songwriter, a dragonboat racer, and an outdoorswoman. I am fiercely feminist, and LGBTQIA+ allied.

I believe in the power of relationships, creativity, and nature to aid in our healing and overall wellbeing.

Education & Training

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Art Therapist (LAT), with 18 years of experience as a clinician.

I have provided individual, group, and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I've worked in a residential treatment facility for youth, in a community mental health agency, and started my private practice in late 2012.

Licensed therapists are required to complete 20 hours of Professional Development training each year, including Ethics, Cultural Competence, and Suicide Prevention. Some areas of my training in recent years include:

Complicated Grief

Neurodivergence in Women

Intuitive Eating and Body Image

Menopause and Mental Health

Internal Family Systems

Chronic Pain
