I am an in-network provider with Regence BCBS, PacificSource, Aetna, Moda, and Cigna. I am able to provide superbills if you have a different insurance plan with out-of-network benefits.

My rate is $180 for a 55 minute session. I offer a sliding scale for out of pocket clients based on financial hardship. A minimum of 24-hours notice is required to avoid paying a late cancellation fee. I use a HIPAA compliant app called Ivy Pay to collect payment.

I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. I have an office in SW Portland close to public transit.

New clients start by meeting on a weekly basis to build the therapeutic relationship, formulate goals & treatment plan, and begin working on symptom relief. Established clients have sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
